Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Chadify mobile application and related services operated by La Salida ("we", "our", "us"). By using Chadify, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Chadify. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. What Chadify Does

Chadify uses AI to generate enhanced portrait photos based on reference images you provide. The service is designed to improve presentation (lighting, styling, backgrounds, framing) while preserving your recognizable likeness. Results are intended for personal use on dating profiles.

3. Your Photos

You own your photos. You retain all rights to the reference photos you upload and the generated images you receive. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your results.

You must have rights to uploaded photos. Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Chadify to create deceptive or fraudulent images intended to impersonate others
• Upload photos containing minors
• Upload explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Use generated images for harassment, defamation, or any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its AI models
• Attempt to bypass payment or abuse the service

5. Purchases and Refunds

Chadify offers one-time purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your photos, contact us at support@lasalida.io and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Generated images are produced by AI and may contain imperfections, artifacts, or inaccuracies. We make a good-faith effort to preserve your likeness, but we do not guarantee that every generated image will be usable or satisfactory. One redo is included with each purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chadify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Chadify for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chadify after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
