Common Questions
This can happen if the server is under heavy load or if there's a temporary issue with our AI provider. Try tapping "Retry" on the results screen. If the problem persists, email us with your approximate time of use and we'll look into it.
Results improve with better reference photos. Make sure you upload 8-10 clear, well-lit photos where your face is visible. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, sunglasses, or photos where your face is partially hidden. If results still aren't satisfactory, your purchase includes one redo.
Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. To request a refund, visit your purchase history in the respective store. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact us at support@lasalida.io and we'll help resolve it.
Your uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours of generation. Generated photos are deleted after 30 days. If you'd like immediate deletion, email support@lasalida.io and we'll process your request.
Chadify accepts JPEG and PNG images from your camera roll. For best results, use photos that are at least 900x1200 pixels. Portrait orientation works best.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Your photos are processed for generation only and are not used for training, marketing, or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
