Common Questions
This can happen if the server is under heavy load or if there's a temporary issue with our AI provider. Try tapping "Retry" on the results screen. If the problem persists, email us with your approximate time of use and we'll look into it.
Results improve with better reference photos. Make sure you upload 8-10 clear, well-lit photos where your face is visible. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, sunglasses, or photos where your face is partially hidden. If results still aren't satisfactory, your purchase includes one redo.
Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. To request a refund, visit your purchase history in the respective store. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact us at yj@lasalida.io and we'll help resolve it.
Your uploaded reference photos are automatically deleted from Chadify storage within 48 hours of generation. WaveSpeed states that uploaded files and generated content are automatically deleted after 7 days. Chadify purges generated output links and job records after 30 days. If you'd like immediate deletion, email yj@lasalida.io and we'll process your request.
Chadify accepts JPEG and PNG images from your camera roll. For best results, use photos that are at least 900x1200 pixels. Portrait orientation works best.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Your photos are processed for generation only, are not used for training or marketing, and are not sold. Reference photos are temporarily sent to WaveSpeed AI for processing and stored in private Supabase storage only as described in our Privacy Policy.
